Who Are We
Gender inequality and gender stereotypes are still a concern among women and non-binary individuals whole over the society whether it be career-related or medical-related. Our community aims at providing these individuals, with adequate mentor support and a platform to network and seek advice for the challenges they are facing.
Gender inequality prevailing in the medical industry is leading to the under-diagnosing of women as well as non-binary individuals. Through this platform, we provide experienced women medical professionals, through which our community members can get access to the right guidance and support.
Through this community, we also aim at providing as well as improving more career opportunities for those who face gender discrimination or gender inequality to enter the fields of medical entrepreneurship and healthcare.
